How much do live events cost?
Pricing is determined by the project, availability, and choice of medium (such as digital or watercolor). Everything can be discussed over a phonecall to determine what is best for your event! Contact me today
What are Soul Journals?
"Soul Journals" are what I call the watercolor travel journals that accompany me to various locations or events throughout the world. Within these journals, I paint everyday people and scenery, all on location. Everything is painted from life (not from photographs)!
Why print books?
Instead of sharing digital images or individual pages, I've decided the best format to distribute these original experiences was through replicas of the entire journals. I've ensured that these replicas stay true to the same size and format as the originals. You can physically feel them in your hands as if you are holding the original travel journals.
Are you doing this by yourself?
Yes. Everything else is done by me, except for the book printing which are all printed within in the USA. I appreciate all of your patience and support. It's been a thrilling adventure!
When will I get my book?
You will receive your book within a week if it is in stock. Sometimes I am out of town (creating these books!), so delivery may take up to two weeks. NOTE: If your order is out of stock, I will notify you of the estimated delivery date, sent to the email you provided during the order. I will deliver the order to you as soon as they're printed. Some of these books take several months of production, so please be patient as they are being created.
Why was I charged tax?
I am currently based in California, and therefore I must collect and pay CA tax on all sales.
International Shipping -
My international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. Adjustments may be made accordingly. I will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid fees. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to customs regulations.
When you order internationally and choose to ship via the US Postal Service, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link which you can use to track your package on USPS.com when I ship your order.
Item damaged during shipping -
Contact me immediately. Keep all original packing materials for investigation purposes. Email edihsu.art@gmail.com or message 'Edi Hsu Art' using FB Messenger to let me know about any damage as soon as possible. Please include pictures.

Do you offer returns?
If you’re not completely satisfied, email me to arrange a return within 14 days. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. No returns will be offered without prior approval. I reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at my discretion. Product must be in an unused and unopened condition. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. Exchanges are accepted.
What will you do with my information?
I hate spam. Your privacy is of highest concern. The information provided during your purchase is for order updates only. Your email and information will NEVER be given to anyone else or a third party. Subscribing to my mailing list will give you updates on my projects and adventures.
